Corio Generation engaged the technical expertise of MetOceanWorks to deliver detailed metocean design criteria for the Saha Offshore Wind Farm, located 3–5 km from the coast of Dadaepo in Saha-gu, Busan, South Korea. Using state-of-the-art high-resolution modelling techniques and the latest industry-standard methodologies, MetOceanWorks’ study provided a robust suite of design criteria to support the safe and efficient development of the wind farm.

“It was a privilege to contribute to the Saha project, where our advanced modelling capabilities and deep domain knowledge helped shape a resilient and data-driven design approach,” said Andrew Watson, Managing Director at MetOceanWorks.

Jaeyoung Jung, Senior Foundations Package Engineer at Corio, added, “MetOceanWorks brought a high level of technical rigour and clarity to the project. Their input was not only reliable but also tailored to the unique challenges of the site. We appreciated their collaborative approach and the strength of their deliverables.”
